Today’s Extra Credit comes from Fender Play itself.
One of the early Fender Play lessons that I really enjoyed was the “(I can’t Get No) Satisfaction” on Level 1, Course 06 for electric guitar in the rock genre. The video is a deep dive into the details of Satisfaction by The Rolling Stones. In the video, they talk about the history and the background to the song itself. They also talk about Fuzz and how the tone of the song is constructed. I’m still learning and haven’t fully mastered what they’re talking about, but I hope you find it as interesting as I did.
