Here’s what’s in my cart at Guitar Center: A new lefty Epiphone Casino in Natural and a used lefty PRS SE Custom 24-08 in Faded Blue. I love the resonance of my Epiphone Les Paul Standard PlusTop Pro. I’ve been looking for an electric guitar that could build on that unplugged sound. I’m listening to a lot of British and Classic Rock. Because of that, the Epiphone Casino seems perfect.

My Epi LP PlusTop Pro is my first electric guitar and I really like it. It’s perfect for my current stage of guitar learning. My skills are still developing. The Epi is going to more than keep up with me for the next few years. Unfortunately, during my last trip to the local Guitar Center, I was looking at some of the right-handed PRS SE models. They looked amazing! Somewhere along the line, the thought of getting a PRS SE crept in. This used model is just about the same price as the new Casino. I don’t need another two-humbucker guitar with coil splits, but it sure is tempting.
