Last Kiss Guitar Lesson

Last Kiss, Pearl Jam Guitar Lesson

Once you’ve gotten comfortable with the G, C, Em, and D chords, you might want to try playing Pearl Jam’s cover of Wayne Cochrane’s song, “Last Kiss”. It’s a great song and perfect for beginners to build confidence with. I really prefer Pearl Jam’s faster, better known, more contemporary version, but I’ve also included a link to Wayne Cochrane’s original version in the resources below.

Last Kiss: Recommended Guitar Lessons & Tutorials

Lauren Bateman’s Last Kiss guitar lesson is one of the best out there. She walks beginners through the strumming pattern in stages and offers simpler 2-finger chords for those of you who are not yet comfortable with the traditional open G, Em, C and D chords. Highly recommended.

If you’re having trouble with the strumming pattern, JustinGuitar.com has a very useful strumming lesson which teaches a strumming pattern that is almost identical to the strumming pattern in the song tutorial. So if you’re looking for a little more practice strumming, give Justin’s lesson a look here: THE Strumming Pattern | JustinGuitar.com

Marty Guitar also has a popular Last Kiss guitar lesson on YouTube. He’s fun and presents well, but I think it’s a little lacking in depth.
